Rates & Policies


Minimum Nights - A two-night minimum stay is required for most weekends, holidays, and special events (subject to change).

Check-in Time: 
3:00 pm - Please indicate your check in time, so that we are available to greet you at arrival. Early check-in is not permitted in order to ensure adequate time for housekeeping to clean and sanitize guest rooms and common areas.

Check-out Time 11:00 am - Late check-in is not permitted in order to ensure adequate time for housekeeping to clean and sanitize guest rooms and common areas.

Touch-less Payments - Your credit card on file will be charged the remaining balance of your reservation on the day of arrival and a receipt will be emailed to you.  If you prefer to use a different credit card for this payment, please let us know.

Deposits - To guarantee your reservation, a 50% deposit is taken at the time of booking.

Cancellation - We require a seven day notice for cancellation. If the cancellation is made with less than seven days notice, then the full room rate for all nights booked will be charged. Prior to seven days notice, cancellations will be accepted with a $50.00 processing fee (per room). Departures before the scheduled departure date will constitute a cancellation, and monies will not be refundable.

GROUP Cancellation - Groups are defined as two or more rooms traveling together (even when paid separately). Payment in full is due at time of booking. There are no refunds for group cancellations.

HOLIDAY/SPECIAL EVENT Cancellation - When you book holiday and/or special event dates, we require a thirty day notice for cancellation. If the cancellation is made with less than thirty days notice, then the full room rate for all nights booked will be charged. Prior to thirty days notice, cancellations will be accepted with a $50.00 processing fee (per room). Departures before the scheduled departure date will constitute a cancellation, and monies will not be refundable.

Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. 

Maximum Occupancies - Rooms are comfortably configured for 1 or 2 occupants only, and includes 1 King bed. The exception is our Calaveras Room, which under certain circumstances can accommodate 3 people. An additional guest will incur a $100 cost per night.

Smoking - We are a completely Non-Smoking Property. No smoking, incense, candles, or anything with an open flame is allowed inside the inn or anywhere on the property, due to our location being in a high fire danger area.

Pets - We request no pets, please. Exceptions made for qualified Service Animals.

Privacy - The Inn and grounds are open to guests only, unless arrangements have been made with the owners. Enjoy our private and intimate 1.5 acre property!

WEEKEND (Friday-Saturday)*
$325 - single night (when permitted)
$300 - two or more nights

MIDWEEK (Sunday-Thursday)*
$300 - single night
$275 - two or more nights

Standard rates are based on double occupancy and do not include applicable taxes. Each room has 1 King Bed. Additional person $100 per night/room for Calaveras Room only.

A full, sit-down, gourmet breakfast each morning, and custom cheese trays with local wines in the afternoon, are included in the daily Standard rate. Optional Lodging Only rate is now available with a reduce rate and does not include food/wine/meals.
