Breakfast

A full, sit-down, gourmet breakfast is served each day of your stay - either in our dining room, or on the back patio. Before you sit down at your selected breakfast time (we give you the choice!), a coffee station is ready for you: freshed ground and brewed-daily coffee, a selection of teas, and hot chocolate.   Breakfast entrées alternate between sweet and savory, and always include fresh fruit. Our signature dish is Nut Crusted French Toast; thick french loaf bread dipped in batter, coated in our topping mix, and grilled slowly in butter - the result is a crispy outer layer and soufflé-textured center.

Wine & Cheese

You will choose from an ever-changing list of artisan cheeses and charcuterie items from all over the world - we customize a tray for you, and serve it with local wine (your choice of red, rose, or white). This is served daily in our Great Room, on the back patio, or even on your private outdoor patio. It’s a wonderful opportunity to try new cheeses and enjoy the locally-grown and produced Calaveras County wines.

Gourmet Custom Dinners

Custom dinners are available to our guests! For parties of two, and up to ten, Chef Bruce will customize a menu just for you! Using fresh, seasonal ingredients, and fine meats from local area vendors, he will put together a menu of three to five courses (typically $100/person + tax and gratuity, depending on the menu we create for you).

Dinners are served by candlelight, either in the dining room, or on the back patio under the stars.
