Introducing the second Black Bear Inn Top Chef Challenge! Two local chefs will go head-to-head in a 5-course themed challenge, in the Black Bear Inn kitchen. Guests will taste two plates from each chef (per course), and decide the winning chef. That winning chef will win a cash prize and a Black Bear Inn Top Chef Challenge trophy!

Time: 5:30 welcome reception / 6:00 dinner
Chefs: Ryan Nibick & Chip Roberts
Protein (five courses, tasting and judging 10 plates total)
each chef will be given the same protein for each course
judges will critique based on: taste, originality, presentation, and
pairing with the wines.
Room Package includes:
Lodging for 2 nights (Friday and Saturday nights 5/30 & 5/31)
Chef’s Challenge dinner with wine, breakfast each morning, tax and
