Deposits

To guarantee your reservation, a 50% deposit is taken at the time of booking.

Cancellation
We require a seven day notice for cancellation. If the cancellation is made with less than seven days notice, then the full room rate for all nights booked will be charged unless the room is rebooked. Prior to seven days notice, cancellations will be accepted with a $50.00 processing fee. Departures before the scheduled departure date will constitute a cancellation, and monies will not be refundable.

Guest Rooms
Rates are for occupation by one or two persons, and are subject to room tax. There is a $35.00 charge for an additional guest per room.

Check-in Time
3:00 pm - 6:00 pm, or through prearrangement

Check-out Time
11:00 am, or through prearrangement

Children
The Black Bear Inn is an intimate, romantic and private haven, and is not recommended for children.

Smoking
The Black Bear Inn is a completely non-smoking facility. A $250.00 cleaning charge will be added to the bill of anyone found to be violating the smoking prohibition.

Pets
We request no pets, please.

Privacy
The Inn and grounds are open to guests only, unless arrangements have been made with the owners

Rates

$265- Weekends
(Friday and Saturday) and holidays

$218 - Midweek
(Sunday through Thursday)

Standard rates are based on double occupancy and do not include applicable taxes.

Two night minimums may be required during high season and/or during holidays.
